As Product Owner for Procure-to-Pay, you will redefine how Personio buys and pays, guiding a Finance Systems modernization with Workday migration and scalable automation. You’ll work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering to align strategy with business goals and deliver measurable improvements. The role focuses on reducing cycle times, eliminating pain points, and leveraging AI where it adds real value. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership opportunity in a data-driven, transformational HR tech environment.

• Own the P2P roadmap and end-to-end strategy across requisitioning, invoicing, and payments
• Diagnose current P2P pain points with measurable impact and prioritize fixes
• Lead platform migration to a new system (starting with Workday) and assess build-vs-buy options
• Drive scalable automation in the P2P workflow with engineering collaboration
• Apply AI pragmatically to improve processes like invoice matching and anomaly detection
• Bridge Finance, Procurement, and technical teams by translating business needs into system capabilities
• Lead change management and drive stakeholder alignment during transformation
• Define and track KPIs (cycle time, error rates,



automation rate) to guide prioritization

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Systems/Technical/Business Product Management, Finance Systems, or ERP implementation with hands-on P2P or related finance systems experience
• Led end-to-end system migration or major process re-engineering projects
• Working knowledge of ERP/finance systems (Workday, Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, Oracle) and integration patterns
• Awareness of AI tools relevant to finance systems and automation with a clear value lens
• Proven stakeholder management with senior Finance/Procurement partners
• Strong process and systems thinking to diagnose cross-functional problems and design target operating models
• Change management experience in platform/process transformations
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
