Experteer Overview
In this role, you will prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions, supporting sales and tender processes across projects. You’ll collaborate with sales, product managers, and manufacturing sites to ensure accurate selection and competitive pricing, influencing business growth and customer satisfaction. You will work in an international environment to optimize proposals and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that bridges technical expertise with commercial awareness and process optimization.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions across projects and tenders
• Support the sales process from lead generation through negotiation with technical and commercial input
• Analyze customer requirements, perform sizing calculations, and recommend optimal technical solutions
• Develop quotations and commercial offers using dedicated tools
• Manage opportunities, customer accounts, and project data in Salesforce and related systems
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, product managers, and manufacturing sites to ensure accurate proposals
• Complete technical documentation and customer data sheets for tender submissions
• Support pricing activities including special pricing and non-standard solutions
• Coordinate and monitor quotation activities for large and strategic projects




• Identify opportunities to improve quotation tools, processes, and efficiency
• Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain technical and commercial documentation
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and support business transformation initiatives
• Build relationships with engineering companies, consultants, and other bid stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Health u0026 Safety, Environmental, Compliance, Equality, and Data Protection requirements

Responsabilidades
• Technical Engineering degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience (as stated)
• 2-5 years of tendering, application engineering, or technical sales support experience in the water sector
• Knowledge of industrial processes related to Sulzer equipment
• Experience evaluating technical requirements and configuring engineered products
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills relevant to supported markets
