Experteer Overview
In this role you own the end-to-end CRM campaigns that support live game operations and the player lifecycle. You drive campaign quality, optimisation, and performance to boost daily retention, engagement, and reactivation across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and QA CRM activities, including seasonal events and feature launches. This position sits at the intersection of live ops and data-driven marketing, offering impact across player experience and monetisation.

• Plan and operate lifecycle communications across all stages
• Deliver ad hoc campaigns for immediate opportunities
• Execute multi-channel communications (push, email, in-game)
• Coordinate copy, design, localisation and assets with teams
• Own QA processes for timely campaign launches
• Support seasonal events, launches, live ops and cross-promotions
• Build targeted audiences and segmentation




• Market new propositions and rewards to drive adoption and participation
• Test, learn and iterate on audiences, content, timing, channels and propositions
• Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities
• Report on core metrics and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate campaign workflows with agency partners

Responsabilidades
• Campaign ownership and end-to-end performance management
• Experience executing lifecycle communications across multiple channels
• Strong testing and analytics capability with KPI tracking (retention, monetisation)
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners
• Ability to brief, coordinate and manage asset creation and localisation
• Experience supporting live operations and promotional initiatives
