Overview

In this role you will manage advanced billing and accounts receivable processes to support accurate, timely invoicing and robust financial reporting. You will collaborate with the FP&A; team and large clients, contribute to month-end close, and provide insights for new products and contracts. Your work helps ensure billing integrity, strong client relations, and informed strategic decisions. Responsabilidades

- Maintain and optimize the billing system for accuracy and timely invoicing
- Perform regular accounts reconciliations and manage AR records
- Produce monthly financial and management reports with actionable insights
- Assist with month-end closing tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness




- Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies and inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with large clients to streamline invoicing and approvals
- Mentor and coach AR Analysts to improve efficiency
- Partner with FP&A; to explain discrepancies and align reporting priorities

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Proven AR Accountant experience
- Proficient in SAP
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets
- Strong MS Office skills and fluency in English
- Analytical and detail-oriented with good prioritization
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong business partnering and teamwork capabilities
