Experteer Overview
In this role you will steer Perk's data strategy as VP of Data, guiding a 40+ person organization across Travel, Spend and Events products. You will shape data architecture, analytics, and AI product integration to power smarter experiences and business decisions. You will build a trusted data platform with strong governance and scalable infrastructure. You will partner with executive leaders to align data initiatives with company growth and product priorities. This role offers influence across multiple functions and the opportunity to lead a high-impact, data-driven transformation.

Responsabilidades
• Proven scale-up leadership in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
• Experience leading 40+ people through senior leaders; talent development
• Technical excellence with a background in data science, analytics and data engineering
• Executive-level ownership of data strategy and budget decisions
• Fluency with modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau) and ability to build bespoke tooling
• Strong understanding of data privacy, governance and GDPR compliance
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
• Ability to balance strategic and hands-on work
