Overview

In this role you will shape the future air power capabilities by designing complex System of Systems architectures and reusable solutions. You will collaborate with the Future Concepts team to define interfaces, roadmaps and integration strategies across multimodal domains. You will apply MBSE to model emergent behaviors and support long-term evolution while addressing safety, security and regulatory considerations. This is an opportunity to influence strategic architecture decisions in a multinational defense context.

Responsabilidades

- Architectural design and conceptualization of SoS architectures across multi-domain contexts
- Advanced MBSE modeling to refine SoS frameworks and rigorous models
- Strategic roadmapping and technology strategy development for SoS evolution
- Designing scalable, reusable architectures to maximize portfolio value
- Conducting trade-off analyses, feasibility studies and defining interfaces and integration strategies
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to performance,

Requisitos principales

- Master's degree or PhD in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or closely related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or architecture
- Experience with SoS or complex enterprise architectures (desirable)
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks (UAF, DoDAF, MODAF) and modeling languages (SysML, UML)
- Hands-on experience with Cameo
- Strong understanding of defense systems and regulatory requirements
- Experience defining/integrating diverse domains (communications, sensors, C2, data analytics, cybersecurity)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- High adaptability and ability to work with evolving requirements

- Fluency in English and Spanish; eligibility for National Spanish Security Clearance
