Experteer Overview
In this role you support the international Independent Medical Education (IME) grant program, coordinating grants across countries and regions from application to close-out. You apply project management, compliance awareness, and financial acumen to ensure grants meet local requirements and Alcon standards. You work with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to keep the process transparent and compliant, enabling impactful educational initiatives. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Review educational grant applications and provide funding recommendations
• Communicate requirements, decisions, and post-event reconciliation with applicants
• Review post-event documentation for completeness and compliance
• Prepare grant agreements and manage information in grant/contract systems
• Monitor grant activities and stay current with industry guidelines and Alcon standards




• Forecast, track, and reconcile grant budgets by therapeutic area
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support a transparent grant process

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in grant management, project coordination, education compliance, finance, or related area
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Financial acumen with experience monitoring, forecasting, or reconciling budgets
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Availability to travel 20-30% (including occasional evenings and weekend travel)
