Camunda is seeking a Senior Partner Director to drive partner-led growth across Iberia and LATAM. You will work with integral and regional partners, build joint plans, and translate strategy into named accounts and actions.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to generate pipeline and revenue through partner channels. You will own the regional execution, enablement, and governance of partner opportunities, escalate conflicts early, and travel within your region as needed
