As MEP Design Manager, you will lead design management across a multidisciplinary project environment to ensure coherent delivery and design excellence. You will coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Process disciplines with construction and workplace teams, acting as the hub between design teams, contractors, and leadership. You’ll drive design reviews, manage risks and changes, and support value engineering and safety-in-design. This role offers exposure to data centre projects and complex EPC settings within a global professional services firm.

• Lead the Design Management Plan and ensure clear structure for delivery
• Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and Process Engineering with construction and workplace teams
• Serve as central point of contact between Design u0026 Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership
• Organize and facilitate design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Oversee design coordination process ensuring package consistency
• Manage design risks, issues, and changes through resolution
• Verify design deliverables meet project requirements prior to submission




• Support value engineering, constructability, and safety-in-design reviews
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and technical approvals with stakeholders
• Contribute to Quality Control Program including audits and issue resolution
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirements

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
• Proven experience as Lead Engineer or Design Manager in an EPC environment
• Strong background in technical project management within complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience in data centre projects is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Spanish and English
