Experteer Overview
Junior Engineer for Ground Segment Development at Celeres, a high-tech engineering company delivering mission-critical space systems. You contribute to spacecraft simulator development for a new European mission, joining a team of experienced simulation engineers. You design, implement, and test high-fidelity models of spacecraft subsystems within the SIMULUS framework and ECSS SMP standards. This role offers hands-on growth in space engineering and contemporary modeling tools with international collaboration.

• Develop, build and debug object-oriented simulation models using C++, aligned with SMP2 / ECSS-E-ST-40-07 standards
• Integrate spacecraft subsystem models into the SIMULUS framework and configure simulation components
• Utilize modelling environments and tools (UMF, Eclipse) to generate code interfaces and set model parameters
• Develop and execute unit tests and scenario-based validations of model behavior, telemetry/telecommand, and system logic





Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• C++ programming knowledge (C++11/14/17) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles
• Strong mathematical/physical fundamentals (classical mechanics, orbital mechanics, system dynamics or electrical/thermal engineering)
• Familiarity with Linux, build tools (CMake, Make) and version control (Git)
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and validation
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, multidisciplinary, international teams
• High level of English (B2)
