Experteer Overview
In this role you drive and shape engineering capability across GE Vernova as part of Engineer 2030. You will blueprint workforce analytics, skills taxonomies, and talent mobility to enable rapid, proactive deployment of engineers to critical challenges. You’ll work with cross-functional leaders to align talent strategy with business needs and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve decision quality and speed. This is a high-impact program architect role with executive visibility and a focus on transforming engineering culture and outcomes.

• Design and deploy a modern GE Vernova-wide engineering capability review integrating skills gaps, succession, and mobility
• Lead Talent Intelligence and Skills Gap Analysis using AI-enabled platforms and external market data to guide strategic priorities
• Collaborate on pipeline strategy with Talent and Talent Acquisition for priority gaps including partnerships with universities and internal early-career programs
• Own Engineering development programs (e.g., Edison) strategy,

• Communicate with stakeholders across Engineer 2030 workstreams and lead weekly cadence, delivering updates to executive sponsors

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM plus 7+ years progressive engineering/tech experience
• Proven ability to lead structured problem-solving (kaizen, root cause analysis, process design)
• Experience translating business strategy into workforce capability frameworks and talent pipelines
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations
• Experience leading without direct authority in a general matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level content
