Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and maintain a scalable test automation framework for critical supply chain systems, using Python and PyTest. You will integrate test results with Splunk for observability and build Shareable reports (e.g., Allure) to drive transparency. Collaborating with product, development, and release teams, you will shift quality left and enhance testability at scale. You’ll shape how testing and monitoring support the next generation of integral supply chain solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks with Python and PyTest
• Create end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites for API, database, and UI workflows
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable fast feedback
• Build detailed test reports and share insights on coverage, failures, and performance
• Promote testability improvements by working with developers on test-friendly designs




• Identify risks from data and trends and propose performance and quality improvements

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in software engineering focused on test automation
• Strong Python and PyTest experience; solid API, database, and UI testing background
• Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale test automation frameworks in production
• SQL proficiency for data validation and test scenarios
• Experience with test reporting tools (Allure or similar)
• CI/CD knowledge and workflow integration
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTTP, and service-level testing
• Knowledge of logging practices, structured logging (JSON), and observability
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
• Willingness to work in supply chain domain
