In this role you will serve as the operational backbone for the Offshore Systems organization, aligning engineering work with business objectives. You will bridge design and execution, ensuring the right processes, tools, and data are in place to deliver safe, high-quality solutions. You will drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while enabling faster cross-functional execution. This position offers the chance to shape engineering lifecycle management, training, and operational frameworks at scale, with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and track performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost) for the Offshore Engineering organization
• Oversee engineering changes and ensure seamless integration into the product structure
• Develop and deploy training, digital tools,



and operational frameworks to boost team velocity and technical rigor
• Manage operational budgets to support cross-functional speed of execution
• Collaborate with Projects and Services to meet lifecycle and site requirements
• Partner with Manufacturing to provide robust, consistent technical support and ensure design-for-manufacturability
• Transform complex data sets into clear visualizations to inform senior leadership decisions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in an industrial or high-tech engineering environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations and Program Management
