Ignite is seeking a Basque-speaking Customer Advisor to join our on-site team in Spain. You will assist commercial airline passengers across channels, handle bookings, and guide travellers through digital tools with a focus on empathy and high service standards.

You will communicate fluently in Basque, Spanish, and English, input accurate interaction summaries, and support colleagues with ticket policies and account changes. Training will be provided to ensure aviation tool proficiency.
