In this senior, hands-on role, you own the research agenda for Experience u0026amp; Adoption within DDu0026amp;IT, turning ambiguous business challenges into actionable evidence that informs product and business decisions. You collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure research leads to meaningful action. You apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to shape decisions, while upholding ethical and inclusive research practices. You will mentor colleagues and explore AI-enabled efficiencies to strengthen research outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of applied research experience in product or design research
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and select proportionate approaches
• Track record of research influencing meaningful product or business decisions
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale research tools and repositories
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Accessibility and inclusive research expertise a plus
• Bachelor in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Statistics, Anthropology, Design Research or related discipline
• Working knowledge of research ethics, consent, privacy and confidentiality
