Experteer Overview
In this role, you ensure the stability and usability of critical business applications and ERP platforms for Huhtamaki’s general operations. You act as a bridge between business units, IT, and sites across regions to deliver reliable application services and standardized processes. You will drive continuous improvement, manage incidents and changes, and support digital transformation initiatives. You join a cross-functional team focused on enabling operational excellence and sustainable packaging goals.

• Provide functional and technical support for business applications and ERP platforms
• Act as liaison between Business Units, Segment teams, site operations, and Global IT
• Build relations with stakeholders to standardize processes across functions and locations
• Translate business needs into practical application solutions and drive process adoption
• Coordinate with cross-region teams and time zones to support users
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, HR, Operations
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to minimize disruption
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution per SLAs
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and global support teams
• Participate in ERP initiatives, application enhancements, and digital transformation




• Support upgrades, testing, data validation, deployment, and UAT
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials
• Monitor performance and identify improvements for efficiency and user experience
• Ensuring IT governance, cybersecurity compliance, and company policies
• Participate in planned support rotations and critical periods

Responsabilidades
• Experience in a similar role supporting business applications and ERP platforms
• Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and compliance requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical application solutions
• Experience supporting both legacy and modern applications
• Integrations experience would be advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating across multiple functions and regions
• Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Willingness to participate in support rotations and provide critical business support
• Fluency in Spanish and English
