In this role, you will drive Salesforce solutions for Cigna Healthcare in Spain, delivering secure and scalable systems across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. You’ll balance configuration, automation, and custom development to meet business needs and growth goals. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow and platform configuration
• Analyse business needs and translate them into secure, maintainable technical solutions
• Balance platform configuration, declarative automation and custom development
• Configure and maintain Salesforce administrative components (users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs and web services
• Investigate complex issues and implement reliable, sustainable solutions
• Contribute to technical designs, feasibility assessments and solution documentation
• Support estimation, planning and delivery of projects and production fixes
• Manage changes through source control, testing and controlled release processes
• Maintain high standards of system security,

• Support data management, data quality, reporting and dashboards
• Participate in peer reviews and promote Salesforce engineering standards
• Collaborate with Architecture and Salesforce teams on design and decisions
• Work autonomously within Agile and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers and admins
• Contribute to continuous improvement and modernisation of the Salesforce platform

Responsabilidades
• At least four years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally with Sales Cloud
• Apex, Triggers and trigger frameworks, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow
• Object and data modelling, SOQL and data management
• Salesforce administration knowledge (users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OW/ defaults)
• Security and access management, reports and dashboards
• Ability to determine when to use configuration, Flow or custom development
• Experience integrating via REST APIs and external web services
• Git-based source control, peer reviews and structured release processes
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits and development best practices
• Agile delivery experience and independent work style
• Strong collaboration and communication with business and tech stakeholders
• English proficiency
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
