Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across key regions, advising hiring managers with market insight and shaping robust recruiting strategies. You will own the candidate experience and recruitment metrics, while partnering with cross-functional teams to attract top talent. You’ll build regional sourcing approaches for WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa, and contribute to employer branding efforts. This is a high-impact role within Glovo’s Talent Acquisition team, focused on excellence and scalable talent impact.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting: research, sourcing, assessment, offers, negotiation and acceptance
• Develop deep understanding of one or more talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa) to source top candidates
• Tailor regional sourcing strategies using local networks and job boards
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and regional legal requirements
• Coach hiring managers on time-to-fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and regional adaptation
• Improve existing programs and develop innovative talent-sourcing strategies




• Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to track recruiting pipeline and results
• Promote tech and on-demand appeal to candidates
• Support employer branding through events and networking activities
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities for placement

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years recruiting leadership/exec search experience
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders
• Experience with international roles and multi-regional hiring
• Experience with market research, talent insights and sourcing
• Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model and operations
• Strong networking and partnership-building abilities
• Metrics-driven with data-backed recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of regional talent markets (WE, Africa)
