Experteer Overview
As Technical Product Manager for Data Solutions, you define and execute the roadmap for data products built on Open Banking and Open Finance. You’ll lead a data-focused squad within the Merchant Services domain, shaping offerings that unlock revenue and value for merchants. You’ll balance technical depth in PSD2/AIS with strategic leadership to drive a challenger brand in a regulatory environment. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate feedback into market-ready data offerings, while evangelizing our data strategy at events and with clients. This role puts you at the center of data-driven growth in a fast-paced fintech.

• Define and align the Data Solutions roadmap with Brite’s instant payment objectives
• Lead and mentor engineers and Product Managers to deliver high-quality data products
• Identify new revenue streams and use cases leveraging Brite’s data assets
• Collaborate with Merchant Solutions, Marketing, and merchants to shape features and packaging
• Act as the primary liaison to CXO-level stakeholders, reporting strategy and progress




• Improve delivery processes and ways of working for efficiency and quality
• Partner with connectivity teams to maintain product health and resolve blockers
• Establish KPIs to validate hypotheses and drive ongoing improvement
• Represent Brite as a data solutions ambassador at conferences and client meetings

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in product management within fintech/payments
• Deep understanding of PSD2, AIS, and Open Banking (technical and customer perspectives)
• B.Sc. or higher in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven workflows to improve throughput
