- A degree in Business, Management, Digital Transformation or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A developing understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and their business applications
- Analytical thinking and the ability to structure problems clearly
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams under guidance
- Clear communication across functions, cultures and seniority levels
- Fluency in English is required for this role

What you'll build





You will work directly with the Head of SDE EMEA and the regional leadership team on strategic projects and AI adoption across the organization.

- Identify and evaluate AI use cases that simplify workflows and improve productivity
- Translate Generative AI and Agentic AI opportunities into practical business applications
- Support stakeholder pilots, collect feedback and help scale successful solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from concept to delivery with clear milestones and outcomes
- Track project progress and provide structured updates to leadership
- Drive AI adoption through clear communication and practical guidance across the team
