What we look for? We are looking for a practical, hands-on

Software/Data Engineer

to help build, modernize, and support our client's

Data Platform .

We are seeking someone who combines strong data engineering expertise with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work with technologies including

Snowflake, SQL, Python, dbt, Azure Data Factory, Generative AI and Power BI , contributing both to new solutions and existing production environments.

Design, develop and maintain

Snowflake

data models, transformations, views and data pipelines.

Build and enhance

dbt models , including testing, documentation and deployment.

Develop and maintain

ETL/ELT workflows

and data integration solutions.

Develop

Python

utilities, automation tools and services for data processing, testing and troubleshooting.

Work with

Azure DevOps and/or GitHub , including pull requests, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.

Support production systems, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and drive operational improvements.

Contribute to

Generative AI and AI-enabled solutions , leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Support existing

.NET/C# services

and occasionally contribute to

React/TypeScript

applications.

Collaborate with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Support data platforms powering

Power BI dashboards, analytics, semantic models, client insights and AI-driven use cases .

Strong experience with

SQL, Snowflake and data engineering .

Good understanding of





dimensional modelling and Kimball methodology , including facts, dimensions, grain, historical data and conformed dimensions.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining

dbt models

and applying engineering best practices.

Experience with

Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and Azure Pipelines .

Strong

Python

programming skills for data engineering, automation, testing and integrations.

Experience with

Generative AI tools and AI-enabled solutions .

Familiarity with

Azure DevOps and/or GitHub , version control and CI/CD methodologies.

Knowledge of

Power BI, semantic models and data consumption patterns .

Ability to work autonomously on well-defined requirements while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

Experience with

.NET/C# and xUnit

or similar testing frameworks.

Knowledge of

React, TypeScript, Vite, React Query, MSAL and OAuth .

Advanced Snowflake capabilities such as

Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Secure Views and performance tuning .

Experience in

Financial Services, Asset Management, Marketing or Client Services

environments.

Understanding of

metadata management, data lineage and modern data products .
