Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and specialized roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber passive candidates globally. Perform in-depth interviews and comprehensive assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies. Collaborate closely with internal teams to share market intelligence and best practices. Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, particularly within executive search or specialized consulting. Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions. Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
