Sprinklr is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Madrid to guide strategic product adoption across Marketing, Social, and Advertising suites. You will translate client KPIs into Sprinklr configurations, drive onboarding, and build sustained value for enterprise customers. In this role you will lead executive reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, while shaping adoption programs and governance models on a general platform.
