About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Sourcing Manager to join our client's international procurement team. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the opportunity to manage global sourcing strategies from the comfort of your home office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, evaluating, and securing global suppliers to meet the company's strategic needs, driving significant cost savings and ensuring supply chain resilience. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies across different regions. Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance across diverse product categories. Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers globally, conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments. Lead complex international negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and service level agreements. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key global suppliers.



Monitor global market trends, geopolitical factors, and economic conditions that may impact supply chains. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D;, Operations, Finance) to align sourcing strategies with product development and business goals. Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply base. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and corporate policies. Develop and mentor junior members of the sourcing team (if applicable). Requirements

Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive experience (7+ years) in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a significant portion focused on international markets. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex international deals.
