Experteer Overview In this role you lead regulatory remediation and preventive control efforts to ensure BaFin-aligned processes across the complaints domain. You will orchestrate cross-functional work with Product, Tech, Legal, and control functions to strengthen governance and minimize defects. You’ll own the Written Orders and drive ToD/ToE milestones, balancing regulatory demands with operational scale. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing fintech shaping compliant customer experiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • Lead end-to-end regulatory remediation roadmap delivery with ToD/ToE milestones aligned to BaFin MaBeschwer, MaComp, MaRisk, and KWG • Build, govern and scale preventive RCA framework (MaBeschwer Tz. 18) focusing on risk-based triggers • Own Written Orders, procedures, and work instructions to ensure cross-market consistency • Serve as main operational contact for 2LoD (Compliance, Risk Management) and 3LoD (Internal Audit) and external regulators • Direct and mentor L3 Associate/Specialist team members in a matrix, cross-functional setup

Responsabilidades • 5+ years in compliance controls,



internal audit, assurance or governance in German finance • Full working proficiency in German and English • Experience in banking operations, regulatory compliance, or audit remediation; 2+ years leading people or major workstreams in complaints management or dispute resolution • Deep knowledge of European and German banking regulations (BaFin Circular 06/2018 MaBeschwer, MaComp BT 12, MaRisk AT 4.3.4/AT 7.1, KWG, PSD2 Article 101) • Proven track record in regulatory remediations, internal control systems (ICS), and cross-functional project management • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders across the organization • Understanding of cases processing technology, customer interfaces, and ticketing platforms
