Job Squad is hiring for our partner, an international company supporting some of the world’s leading advertising platforms and publishers. With 2,000+ employees and offices across the US and Europe, they’re expanding their European hub in sunny Málaga.

Combine Account Management, Customer Success and Ad Operations in a role where your ideas make a difference. You’ll own a portfolio of advertiser accounts, help clients understand campaign results and work with internal teams to improve performance.

What you’ll do

- Build lasting client relationships through regular reviews and practical strategic advice.
- Coordinate campaign launches, monitoring and optimisation with the Ad Operations team.
- Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
- Support Direct IO, Programmatic and Self-Serve campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve their advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with Product,



Marketing and Engineering to improve workflows and the client experience.

What you’ll bring

- Strong professional German.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign management, account management, customer success or sales.
- Hands-on experience managing or optimising digital advertising campaigns.
- Confidence communicating with clients and explaining campaign performance.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack and customer support tools.
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
