About Archer

A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams' ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage. Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.

This is hard work that matters. Our partners help bring Archer's platform to clients across energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the clients and communities those brands serve.

If that sounds like your kind of work, let's chat.

The Role

As part of Archer's Sales organization, the Partner Manager is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of reseller, systems integrator, and technology partners across the region. This role exists to help organizations navigate increasingly complex risk, compliance, and governance challenges by equipping partners to position and sell Archer's AI-powered GRC solutions into their own client base.

Working closely with partners, Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Client Success, this individual will own partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth across an assigned portfolio within the region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this is an opportunity to build a growing channel program in a high-growth region and help partners transform risk management from a compliance exercise into a competitive advantage for their clients.

What You’ll Do

Partner Recruitment & Portfolio Growth

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller, systems integrator, and technology partners across an assigned territory.

- Own the retention, renewal, and expansion strategy for a portfolio of existing partner accounts.

- Build and deepen relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and key influencers to uncover new growth opportunities.

Partner Enablement & Sales Execution

- Deliver training, certification, and enablement programs that equip partners to position and sell Archer's GRC solutions confidently.

- Support partners through complex net-new and expansion sales cycles, from opportunity identification through contract execution.

- Drive accurate partner pipeline management, forecasting,

and territory planning to maintain consistent business performance.

Partner Relationship & Value Realization

- Partner with reseller and alliance stakeholders to understand their end-clients' risk, compliance, audit, and governance priorities.

- Identify and position solutions that address evolving partner and end-client needs while maximizing joint business impact.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring satisfaction, consistency of delivery, and alignment with strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Marketing, Product, Client Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales leadership to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

- Share partner feedback, market trends, and competitive insight to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

- Coordinate joint marketing and demand-generation activities with partners to expand market reach across the region.

Pipeline Development & Partner Ecosystem Management

- Generate and maintain a healthy partner-sourced pipeline through a combination of net-new partner recruitment, existing partner expansion, and joint prospecting.

- Build and manage relationships with distributors and alliance partners to extend market reach across the region.

- Drive opportunities across software, services, and training offerings to deliver comprehensive partner and end-client solutions.

What You Bring

- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B relationship-based selling, with demonstrated success recruiting, enabling, and growing reseller or alliance partners.

- Proven success managing partner-sourced software or IT sales cycles, including net-new and expansion deals, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong knowledge of channel sales methodologies, partner business planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence partner executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to drive partner and end-client value.

- Experience using CRM and partner relationship management (PRM) platforms and AI-enabled tools to support forecasting, pipeline management, and partner engagement.

- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships across a fast-paced, multi-country territory.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Even Better If You Have

- Experience selling or supporting the sale of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance software solutions.

- Existing relationships with resellers, systems integrators, or distributors across the region
