Experteer Overview

You will drive cost management for complex projects, acting as the day-to-day client interface to secure excellent outcomes. In this role, you contribute across pre- and post-contract stages, support feasibility and value engineering, and lead cost reporting and procurement activities.

You will work within our cost management team to deliver accurate estimates, manage variances, and maintain strong client and consultant relationships. The opportunity offers exposure to energy, data center, pharma, and oil u0026amp; gas sectors at scale, with a focus on delivering value and lifecycle cost insight.

- Prepare and present final cost plans across conceptual, programming, and detailed stages
- Perform procurement activities including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contract documentation
- Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes with escalation to line manager
- Conduct cost checks, valuations on large projects, and ensure timely reporting to clients
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present findings
- Contribute to value engineering and finalize accounts after negotiations




- Liaise with clients and other consultants across project stages
- Provide leadership to cost management team when needed
- Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and feed ideas to line manager
- Suggest improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products to relevant stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- Minimum of 5 years' experience preparing cost estimates
- Experience in Energy, Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas, preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong technical expertise across pre-contract, post-contract, and final accounts
- Solid understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction
- Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural aspects of projects
- Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex construction projects
- Advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and team collaboration
