In this role you will strengthen safety culture and drive GoalZERO performance across Europe, Asia and International. You will partner with regional and site leaders to demand and implement robust safety programs, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
You will lead global safety initiatives and develop training, standards, and responsible practices that improve regional and global safety performance. This position offers scope to influence across matrixed teams, advance innovative safety solutions, and shape HSE standards.

Responsabilidades
- 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or similar environments
- Strong technical and regulatory expertise in occupational safety (confined-space entry, energy isolation, line break, etc.)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent is a plus
- Experience influencing within matrixed organizations and leading global initiatives
- Three years of international experience preferred
- Ability to travel ~25%, mainly to EAI facilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence across levels
- Risk-based thinking and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong field credibility and practical problem-solving skills
