Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. You will ensure data integrity, security, and efficient HR processes while collaborating with general teams across Spain, Portugal, and the UK.
You will manage Workday configuration across applications, assist with testing, releases, and enhancements, and work with vendors and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
