As a Product Engineer at Factorial, you’ll help build AI-native features that scale a Business Management platform used by thousands of companies in Europe. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from problem framing to production impact, collaborating across a fast-growing engineering team.

You’ll work on AI-integrated systems and agentic workflows, shaping how teams work and decisions are made with reliable, real-world results. This is an opportunity to grow technically, own outcomes, and contribute to a mission-focused AI-enabled product.

Responsabilidades

- 1 to 4 years of software engineering experience
- Curious about AI and started exploring it through side projects, coursework, or work
- Outcome-oriented mindset with willingness to iterate if impact is not as expected
- Comfortable with Ruby on Rails and React or eagerness to get comfortable
- Clear communication and ability to explain what/why you’re building
- Collaborative team player who asks for help when needed
