As Legal Advisor in Barcelona, you will partner with the business to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance across the medicine lifecycle. You will help navigate healthcare, commercial, data protection, competition, digital/tech, and IP matters, translating complexity into workable solutions.

You will collaborate across the Novartis Legal network to deliver simpler, smarter, digitally enabled legal support. This role offers tangible impact within a mission-driven pharmaceutical environment.

- Act as a trusted legal partner, delivering timely advice aligned with business priorities and legal risk management.
- Support across the medicine lifecycle, including market access, medical affairs, marketing, promotion, and loss of exclusivity.
- Provide guidance on Spanish healthcare, commercial, competition, data protection, digital and technology matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships in compliance with law and company policies.
- Identify legal risks and opportunities early, offering clear,



proportionate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage disputes and coordinate external counsel as needed.
- Collaborate across the Novartis Legal network and leverage digital tools to streamline legal support.

Responsabilidades

- Spanish law degree or equivalent qualification recognized in Spain, with eligibility to practice and Bar Association membership
- Post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal function
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish legal and healthcare environment
- Strong drafting, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Pragmatic, independent, and able to manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) and strong communication/ influencing skills
