What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will:Handle calls through CRM agent portalCreate quotations and orders via SAP systemExpedite and communicate expected delivery times to customersOffer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and servicesYour qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
