Medtronic is seeking a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic-assisted system and DS1 platform across Europe. You will troubleshoot with HCPs, SUS and FSE, and coordinate escalation to resolve issues.
Adecuado candidates hold a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering degree with robotics experience, are fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian, and enjoy remote, international collaboration with occasional on-site work.
