Verisure Alicante is hiring an IT Operations Technician to join our Technology Department. The role monitors critical systems and coordinates rapid incident response to minimize downtime across our 24/7 operations.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in IT operations, experience with incident tools, and fluency in Spanish and English. Rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, are required. You will collaborate with integral teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.
