Qualifications 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail Compensation: $70/hour Commitment: Flexible,
