Based in our centralised Central Reservations Office (CRO) in Barcelona, you’ll manage high-value group bookings across international markets, working closely with our Revenue, Sales and Operations teams. Your impact is measurable in conversion, revenue and client relationships, and alongside a competitive salary, you’ll earn a sales bonus linked directly to your conversion and revenue performance. It’s a real stepping stone into key accounts, revenue management, sales or team leadership.
