and IT stakeholders, gaining insight into both technical architecture and business operations within a globally regulated environmentYOUR PROFILEMinimum 1 year practical ServiceNow configuration and scriptingSolid foundation in ITIL, GlideApi, JSON/XML, REST/SOAP, Business Rules and client scripts on the ServiceNow platformBasic understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and their implementation in enterprise systemsFamiliarity with web technologies, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP)Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - you enjoy digging into logs, debugging issues, and finding root causesA collaborative mindset with good communication skills; comfortable asking questions, giving updates, and working in agile teamsWillingness to take ownership, follow coding standards, and continuously improve your craftFluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset in our international settingCertifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Associate Developer are advantageous but not mandatoryAvailability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid (three days a week)#J-18808-Ljbffr
