Empiric are supporting a leading global organisation on long-term Service Now opportunities across Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Spain.
We're looking for Engagement Managers who have progressed from hands-on Service Now technical roles into project, engagement or delivery management.
You'll lead customer engagements and coordinate technical teams, while retaining the ability to personally configure, develop or integrate Service Now when required.
The role covers customer relationships, delivery priorities, resources and project risks across engagements involving ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and platform workflows.
Key Skills & Experience Current, valid Service Now CSA certification mandatory. Previous hands-on Service Now implementation experience, such as a Developer, Technical Consultant, Engineer or Technical Architect, followed by progression into management. Retained hands-on Service Now capability,



with the ability to step into configuration, development or integration work when required.
Strong Service Now engagement management, project management or Professional Services delivery experience.
Experience managing customer relationships, expectations and delivery commitments.
Experience coordinating technical teams, resources and priorities across multiple engagements.
Ownership of project reporting, utilisation, risks and actions.
Experience resolving technical delivery issues and managing customer escalations. Nice to Haves Additional Service Now certifications, particularly relevant CIS certifications.
Industry-specific domain expertise. xghoner
Experience supporting engagement scoping and proposals.
