A J Class sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Rotational Sole Engineer to join its team.

This is an established private programme under recent new ownership.
The yacht will spend the winter in Vilanova for a maintenance period, preparing for a busy Mediterranean summer with a strong focus on racing and the potential for occasional short owner trips.
The following winter, the programme intends to cross to the Caribbean.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong mechanical background and previous experience as a Sole Engineer or Second Engineer aboard sailing yachts. xghoner
They should be hands‐on, organised and confident managing the engineering department independently, while working collaboratively as part of a close‐knit racing team.
