This is a key role where you will oversee day‑to‑day security operations at a critical infrastructure site, leading on‑site teams in a 24/7 environment and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance. Lead and supervise on‑site security personnelManage day‑to‑day operations within a critical infrastructure environmentEnsure full staffing coverage in a 24/7 operationMonitor performance, identify risks, and drive improvementsEnsure compliance with security procedures, standards, and policiesOversee security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management tools)Collaborate with client representatives and internal stakeholdersSupport audits, inspections, and operational excellence What we’re looking for: High school diploma,



secondary education equivalent, or GED.6+ years of experience in the security industry and managing teams in operational environmentsStrong understanding of security operations and proceduresExperience in datacenters or critical infrastructure (preferred)Hands‑on experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.)Proficiency in English and SpanishOn‑site role in Madrid.
