IT Infrastructure & Support Manager / Technical Project ManagerToledo, Spain (100% Onsite)Initial 6-Month Contract | Likely ExtensionWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead local IT operations at our Toledo site.
The successful candidate will manage support and infrastructure teams, oversee daily IT service delivery, coordinate priorities, and act as the key liaison between the local operation and the central IT team in France.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a local team of 6 IT professionals (4 Support Engineers and 2 Infrastructure Engineers)Coordinate and prioritize daily support and infrastructure activitiesProvide technical and operational leadership for IT service deliveryManage incident, problem, and escalation processesMonitor team performance and ensure service levels are achievedAct as the primary point of contact between the Toledo site and the French IT organisationSupport decision-making, issue resolution, and operational governanceOversee local IT infrastructure operations including networking, switching, and firewall environmentsManage end-user support services covering retail applications, checkouts, POS systems, and WiFi kiosksDrive progress on local technical projects and operational improvementsParticipate in weekend on-call support rotations when requiredReport operational status, risks, and priorities to senior stakeholdersTechnical EnvironmentEnd User SupportPoint-of-Sale (POS)
