Would you like to use your expertise in a role supporting business operations across multiple countries?We are looking for a Integral Mobility Payroll & Tax Manager to support our international operations by ensuring accurate employment cost calculations and compliance with payroll tax and social security regulations.
Working closely with Global Mobility, Finance, HR, Legal and Sales teams, you will help assess the costs of international assignments, support business decisions and ensure compliance with local requirements across different markets.
A degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related fieldAt least 7 years of professional experience in a corporate environmentKnowledge of payroll taxation, social security contributions and employment costs across different countriesUnderstanding of accounting procedures, financial regulations and local employment requirementsExperience in calculating employment costs and working with different forms of employmentGood Excel skills and confidence working with data and complex calculationsExperience with payroll systems; knowledge of Shoreline/PMS or similar systems will be an advantageStrong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detailGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholdersEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherYour RoleCalculate and assess employment costs for international assignments, considering local labour regulations, minimum wages, payroll taxes and other relevant factorsSupport regional Sales teams in determining employment costs for offers and bids,



including comparing different forms of employmentOversee global payroll tax and social security compliance, ensuring accurate calculations, reporting, payments and registrations across countriesCollaborate with external tax, payroll and HR advisors to address local requirements and resolve cross-border employment and tax mattersSupport payroll operations by reviewing calculations, reconciling payroll costs and reserves, and identifying discrepanciesAct as a key user of payroll systems and support the application of relevant tax regimes and allowances for international assignmentsWhat
