We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedSenior Accountantto join a growing organization in the Senior Living industry.
This is a hands-on accounting position for a professional with a strong technical accounting foundation, extensive experience infull-cycle accounting, US GAAP, and month-end close processes, and the ability to work effectively with US-based teams.
The idóneo candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience inproperty accounting, multi-entity accounting, or organizations operating across multiple locations .
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to take ownership of accounting deliverables while consistently meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Managefull-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures.
Prepare, calculate, and recordaccruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed asset transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Perform and reviewbalance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Manageintercompany transactions and reconciliationsacross multiple entities.
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes in accordance withUS GAAP .
Prepare and analyze financial statements, supporting schedules, and financial reports.
Review financial transactions and investigate unusual variances or discrepancies.




Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Collaborate closely withUS-based accounting and finance teamsto ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support external audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
Assist with accounting activities across multiple properties, locations, or legal entities.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.
Ensure all assigned deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Proactively communicate potential accounting issues, risks, or delays.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.3–8 years of accounting experience preferred, with strong hands-on responsibilities.
Strong full-cycle accounting experience.
Solid knowledge and practical application of US GAAP.
Previous experience working with US-based teams or organizations.
Proven experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.




Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.
Preferred QualificationsProperty accounting or multi-entity accounting experience.
Experience managingintercompany transactions and reconciliations .
Experience withYardi, MRI, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems .
Previous experience supporting external audits.
Background in a public accounting firm or accounting practice.
