About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to help grow our business in Spain as part of our expansion across Europe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll take ownership of the sales process, from identifying prospects and opening conversations to negotiating and closing deals.
You’ll bring proven experience in selling creator economy solutions or digital marketing services, alongside strong knowledge of the Spanish market. We’re looking for someone who understands how local brands and agencies buy, can confidently engage decision-makers, and has a track record of generating new business revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing Identify and win new business with brands and agencies in SpainGenerate opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and market researchOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposals, negotiation, and closingBuild relationships with key decision-makers and understand their marketing objectivesCollaborate with internal teams to develop pitches and proposals tailored to client needsBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide reliable forecastsTake ownership of sales targets and drive new business revenueUse local market knowledge to identify opportunities and shape our approach in SpainStay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, digital marketing,
