Overview

As Value Stream Leader – Demand Planning, you will shape and govern the integral demand planning process across Symrise divisions. You will drive forecasting excellence, align processes and KPIs, and provide a credible demand view to support the global S&OP; cycle. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Data teams to lead regional and divisional planning teams and promote best practices. You will advance forecasting through analytics, automation, and digital solutions, contributing to sustainable growth. This role offers impact across an international, matrix organization with opportunities to influence planning standards and governance.

Responsabilidades

- Shape and govern the global demand planning process across all divisions
- Drive forecasting excellence and harmonize processes, tools, KPIs, and planning standards
- Ensure a consistent and credible view of demand across the organization
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data teams
- Provide functional leadership to regional and divisional demand planning teams
- Drive continuous improvement through advanced forecasting methodologies, analytics, automation,



and digital solutions

Requisitos principales
- Strong experience in Demand Planning, S&OP; or Supply Chain Planning in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistical modelling and demand planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, FVA)
- Proven experience developing or harmonizing global processes, governance and planning standards
- Strong understanding of data, analytics and digital planning tools with ability to work with IT and Data teams
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
- Ability to influence and provide functional leadership across regions and business units
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable demand plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international, matrix organization
