Ethos is a remote-friendly opportunity for an experienced FP&A; leader to help train a foundational AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own forecasting, variance analysis, and driver-based models, delivering board-ready P&L; decks and monthly flux memos for executive leadership. The role is fully remote with adaptable 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $100 per hour.
