Business Development Partner Luxury Floral Boutique | Barcelona Independent Commercial Collaboration
· Commission-Based We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented professional with an established network of contacts in Barcelona to help develop our boutique’s corporate business and establish long-term commercial partnerships. Representing our luxury floral boutique, you will help us connect with new clients and business opportunities across Barcelona’s premium market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new corporate clients and business partners.
- Develop relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, premium brands and exclusive venues.
- Establish connections with event agencies, wedding planners, PR and communication agencies.
- Promote our floral design services for corporate events, weddings, brand activations, hospitality spaces and special projects.
- Initiate and develop commercial relationships.
- Participate in negotiations and commercial proposals where appropriate.
- Support the acquisition of new contracts and the development of long-term partnerships. Requirements
- Fluent English, Spanish and Catalan — essential.
- Russian language is an advantage.
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, hospitality, luxury, events or related industries.
- Established professional network in Barcelona is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
