Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. You will lead a team building secure, isolated runtimes for AI agents and RL workloads. You will balance architecture decisions with hands-on engineering and directly contribute to scalable compute platforms.
You’ll mentor engineers, hire top talent, and work with Product to turn frontier research into practical primitives. This role is international and highly collaborative, with a focus on reliability and performance.
