Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. This role ensures data integrity, security, and efficient business processes across international teams in Spain or Portugal, with full remote flexibility.
You will manage Workday configuration across applications, assist with releases, testing, integrations, and documentation, and collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, IT, and external vendors to translate
